The Job Name Templates screen displays the custom job names that will automatically populate the job names assigned to a translation job file.
You'll configure the Job Name Templates so that your translation jobs can be populated with information that best meets the requirements of the service providers for those jobs.
Translations supports two job creation types:
In the Job Name Templates screen
The Job Name Templates group on the button bar
Use the Job Name Templates group on the button bar to create new templates, to modify existing templates, or to delete templates. Select a record to display the Open and Delete options.
| New | Launches the New or Edit Job Name Template window. |
| Open | Opens the single selected Job Name Template in the New or Edit Job Name Template window so that you can either View or Edit it. |
| Delete | Removes from the table the Job Name Template or templates that are currently checked. Before deletion, you will need to approve a confirmation message. |
