Publishing Content Pane

The Publishing Content Pane is divided into the following sections:

Control bar

This shows the name of the workspace (in this case Publishing) and has a refresh button on the right.

The Publishing workspace is divided into the Navigation pane and the Content pane.

Publishing Navigation pane

In the Navigation pane you can search for a list of publishing jobs by filtering. Select Recent, Published Today, Published Last 7 Days, Published Last 30 days or Published All.

The filtered list appears in the Content pane under the heading Publishing jobs.

Publishing actions

In Publishing you can view, download or delete a publishing job. You can also view a log for the job.

Clicking on the book name will take you into the Book editor in quick-editing mode. Here you can view the book's topics and file objects and make changes.
