Every Honeycomb topic template is linked to its own media object. Every media object is linked to its own HTML file. This method helps ensure that every template shows its unique and typical behavior.
The following table identifies the topic template, slide type, and the web media object. These relationships are pre-defined in the default library objects. Because the Honeycomb output is a web output, only the web media object is shown.

The WBT also uses three additional media objects:
-
Honeycomb Glossary
This media object is for glossary term topics in the Glossary object. If you want to reuse existing glossary topics from other books, make sure that the publishing profile replaces the media object on the Web tab of that topic with Honeycomb Glossary media object.
-
Honeycomb Child
This media object is for all topics that are elements (children) in the WBT book. The parent topics all have their own media objects to trigger special features in the output. The children can be based on any other topic template that is available in the library. Make sure that the publishing profile replaces all media objects used by these 'other' templates with the Honeycomb Child media object.
-
Honeycomb (empty)
This media object is for any remaining topics that are reused in the WBT book. Make sure that the publishing profile replaces any remaining media objects used by these 'other' templates with the Honeycomb (empty) media object.
