Honeycomb is designed for standardization. This means that some Author-it settings are ignored:

Table lay-out from Author-it is ignored. Define a standard table lay-out in themes.css.

For images, size settings on the Web tab of file objects are ignored. Honeycomb output is responsive and therefore cannot accept absolute sizes for images.
