Grid layouts and topic order

Use the following information to see the available layouts and names of the topic templates used to create them.

The A, B, C, etc., denote the order in which the Level 2 topics in the book contents are added to the grid in the output. So, the first level 2 topic becomes A in the grid, the second level 2 topic becomes B in the grid, and so on. Use this information to place the level 2 topics in the required order in the book, such as:
