For slides with audio, the Mute (left) and Transcript buttons display in color when enabled, and they allow you to do the following:

Mute button - Toggle the audio on or off (not available for iPads and iPhones: you need to use the hardware buttons to manage the sound)

Transcript button - Display the transcript in a separate window, if a transcript is available with the audio
Note: The first audio on a slide will play automatically when the slide loads. All additional audio will have a play bar for the user to start manually.
