Users with Security Administrator-level permissions for the library maintain Folder Action Permissions.
Configure the permissions by using the Folder Action Permissions window from the File tab in the Library Explorer window.
Alternatively, the Security Administrator can apply permissions directly to the folder by right-clicking the folder to display the Folder Properties.
