Author-it Cloud library management roles are divided between ASC | Author-it Software Co., the client Cloud Administrator, the client Library Administrator and client library user.
The Client Security Administrator column includes both your Security Administrators and your Designers. However, when assigning users to groups you can choose whether these roles are kept separate or are combined. For more information, refer to the section on user and group security.
Note: Clients cannot create certain Publishing Profiles actions in Author-it Cloud. If you need to create, modify, or delete these actions, log a case as a means of communicating with ASC | Author-it Software Co. Client Services.
