If you no longer need fast access to a style, remove it from the Styles toolbar. Then select the style from the paragraph or character styles drop-down lists.

To remove a style from the styles toolbar:

Open the Editor and on the Edit tab, click the Format command group's dialog box launcher.

Select the style in the Toolbar styles list on the right, and then click the arrow button to move the style out of the list.

Click OK to save your changes.
