Monitoring the organization's statistics

Your Administrator (also known as a Security Administrator) can access statistics for your organization from Author-it Cloud Settings>Subscriptions.

The screen displays your organization's Assigned and Available subscriptions for Author and Reviewer roles. The statistics update dynamically as subscriptions are added or removed.

Think of your subscriptions as a license pool. You can have many more user roles than subscriptions, and selectively activate or deactivate the user roles in the pool.
