When you import embedded graphics from your document, Author-it saves them in a File object, which also stores details such as scaling and captioning. This option enables you to specify which File template those File objects will be based on.
If your document contains graphics in several sizes, begin by choosing an average scaled Embedded File template. If necessary, you can apply other File templates after the document is imported.
