When you're importing embedded graphics, this option tells Author-it where to get the name of the File object:
- Graphic caption: The caption that appears above or below the graphic. You must enter the prefix of the caption, for example: "Figure". If a caption is not found, the file object description uses the topic heading when the graphic is embedded, or the filename when the graphic is linked.
- Topic heading: The name of the topic the graphic appears in, with a unique number for each graphic within that topic.
