Limitations of copying directly from the embedded topic when it is in a container topic
When you are working in the container topic, your copy-paste options for the embedded topic are limited to plain text strings only. For example:
- If you copy embedded text that is Special Bold, the text pastes as plain text, adopting either the style of the paste area or no style at all.
- If you copy an embedded table, you can only paste plain text from the table (and not the table itself, styles from the table, or table formatting).
