The Sizing tab contains properties that define how an embedded or linked picture, or OLE object, is sized when it is published into the Word output. Sizing does not apply to document files, so these properties are ignored if a document file is specified.

Choose how a picture or OLE object file is sized in the Word document. Select either By scale or By size.
By scale defines the height and width of the picture or OLE object file inserted into the Word document as a percentage of the original file size.
By size defines the height and width of the picture or OLE object file inserted into the Word document as an exact measurement in centimeters (1in = 2.54cm).
The Caption tab contains properties that define a caption for the embedded or linked picture, or OLE object, when published into a Word document. Captions do not apply to document files, so these properties are ignored if a Linked Document file is specified.

The Caption field defines a caption for the file in the Word document in under 255 characters.
Note: This caption is only added if the File object is either in the contents of a book, or in a paragraph by itself in the text of a topic.
The Label field allows you to choose the type of label that will prefix the caption. Captions are automatically numbered starting at 1 from the beginning of the document for each type.
The Position field allows you to choose where the caption is positioned relative to the file in the Word document - above or below.
The Borders tab contains properties that define a border for the embedded or linked picture, or OLE object, when it is published into a Word document. Borders do not apply to document files so these properties are ignored if a Linked Document file is specified.
