The HTML Help tab is only available when you set the the HTML Index Type property to HTML Help and define how Author-it publishes an HTML Help index.
Note: This feature requires the Microsoft HTML Help ActiveX or Java Applet component.
Sitemap Template
Default sitemap file used as the HTML Help index sitemap template. Find the default template index.hhk in the Templates/HTML Help folder. Click Edit to open and edit the selected template in Microsoft HTML Help Workshop.
Note: To edit the template, you must have the HTML Workshop (hhw.exe) installed on the computer.
