Defines the actual text that will appear in the published Word index. The page numbers it references will be where the objects in the Entry Links List appear in the document.
Note: If another Index Entry object is found in the Entry Links List, that will create a "See" type reference in the Word index. For example, "Maintaining, See Changing".
The PrintEntryText element corresponds to the "Entry text" field on the Print tab of the Index Entry object.
