Defines the amount of extra space you want to add to the margins to allow for binding. The extra space is added to the left margin of all pages if you clear the Mirror Margins property, or to the inside margin of all pages if you select the Mirror Margins property.
The PrintMarginGutter element corresponds to the "Gutter" field, on the Margins sub-tab, on the Print tab of the Media object.
