Allows you to choose between continuing the page numbering from the previous section, or starting the numbering at a specific number. If you choose Start At, you can enter a number for the first page of the section to start numbering from.
The PrintPageNumberStartFrom element corresponds to the "Start at" field, on the Page Numbering sub-tab, on the Print tab of the Media object.
