Template file used when you publish your JavaHelp document output. The default template jh_toc.xml can be found in the Templates/JavaHelp folder.
The WebJHTocTemplate element corresponds to the "TOC template" field, on the JavaHelp sub-tab, on the HTML tab, of the Table Of Contents object.
