Defines the actual text that will appear in the HTML index page. The topics it will jump to will be the objects in the Entry Links List.
Note: If another Index Entry object is found in the Entry Links List, the jumps will be to the topics contained in that Index Entry object.
The WebEntryText element corresponds to the "Entry text" field on the HTML tab of the Index Entry object.
