Sets a link to an image file that will be displayed as the bullet for the paragraph in HTML. This is only available when the CSS Numbering Type is set to Bullet, and will replace the CSS Bullet Style. This property supports relative folders.
The WebBulletURL element corresponds to the "Bullet" field, on the List Style sub-tab, on the HTML tab, of the Style object.
