Defines the HTML file to be used as the HTML Help index template. The default template "JavaIndex.htm" can be found in the Templates/HTML Help folder. Choose Edit to open and edit the selected template in Microsoft HTML Help Workshop.
Note: To edit the template, the HTML Workshop (hhw.exe) must be installed on the computer.
The WebHHIndexTemplate element corresponds to the "(HTML Help) Template" field, on the Plain Help sub-tab, on the HTML tab of the Index object.
