Determines if the previous topic in the contents of a book is added to the Related Group at publishing time. The previous topic can be at a higher or lower level.
The PreviousTopic element corresponds to the "Previous topic" field, on the Special Links sub-tab, on the Related Topics tab, of the Topic object.
