Defines the text that will appear in HTML pages while the image file is loading, or as an alternate to the image if it cannot be displayed for whatever reason. This property is automatically populated from the Description when you first create the object.
The WebAltText element corresponds to the "Alternate text" field on the Windows Help tab of the File object.
