Defines the copyright information that is displayed when the user selects About from the Help menu of Windows Help. Can contain up to a maximum of 255 characters.
The HelpCopyright element corresponds to the "Display this text in the version dialog box" field on the Copyright Information sub tab, on the Windows Help tab of the Book object.
