Defines an alternative Title for the HTML page. The information is placed in the <TITLE> tag at publishing time. If a title is not specified, then the HTML Heading is used instead.
Note: This field is only active if the Start New HTML Page check box is selected.
The WebTitle element corresponds to the "Page Title" field, on the HTML tab, of the Topic object.
