Defines a citation that is appended to any text a user prints or cuts out of your Help system. Can contain up to a maximum of 2,000 characters.
The HelpCitation element corresponds to the "If users paste or print Help text, display:" field on the Copyright Information sub tab, on the Windows Help tab of the Book object.
