Allows you to choose the margins for the HTML Help Popup. These are the distance from the edge of the popup window to the edge of the text.
The WebHHPopupMarginsLR element corresponds to the "Left and right" field, on the Popup sub-tab, on the HTML tab of the Hyperlink object.
