Allows you to chose the style of sequential numbering applied to the paragraph in the HTML. This is only available when the CSS Numbering Type is set to Numbering.
The WebNumberStyle element corresponds to the "Numbering" field, on the List Style sub-tab, on the HTML tab, of the Style object.
