Filter book variants in quick-editing mode

If you are working in Quick-Editing Mode in Author-it Cloud there is a Variant Filter in your Control bar.

• To select a variant book using the Variant Filter:

1. Click on Library on Author-it’s Primary navigation.

2. Select your book.

3. The Book Pane will open.

4. Select the filter icon.

5. Various filtering criteria will be available for you to choose. These criteria are set by your company's Author-it administrator.

6. Choose your variant criteria.

7. Select Apply.

The variant will be displayed. Your selected variant criteria will appear on the <HB>.
