When you run the RDP Remote App, or when Author-it Cloud attempts to run it for you, you see an error message: An authentication error has occurred. The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted.

Cause
You will see this error message if you are not an active user.
Solution
Contact your Author-it Administrator and ask that you be activated as a user.
