If you forget your username and/or password, send a request to Author-it Cloud to reset it.
- From the Login screen, click the F link.
- In the reset password screen, type your email address and then click .
The request sends you an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the email to open the Username and Password window, then follow the prompts to change your password.
Your password must meet minimum complexity requirements.
