Add a topic to a Personal book

Users can add one or more topics to a Personal book.

To add topics to an existing Personal book:

  1. When you find topics in the knowledge center and want to add them to a Personal book, click the FT PBK icon icon.

    The following window is displayed:

    PBK add to book

  2. Use the switch (1) to include children topics from the book structure, and select other topics if needed.
  3. From the drop-down menu (2), select the book you want to add the topics to. Or create a new book (3).
  4. Click OK to add the topics to the book.
