Statistical information for Author-it Xtend indexing is accessed in the Author-it Administrator. In the main menu choose Settings > Author-it Xtend Settings....
The information includes:
- Paragraphs Indexed: displays 100% when the library is fully indexed and Author-it Xtend is active. If the percentage is less than 100% Author-it Xtend is not currently active.
- Paragraph Count: displays the total number of paragraphs in the library that have been indexed.
- Paragraph Reuse: displays the current level of reuse in the library as a percentage.
- Select the Refresh button to update the paragraph details displayed in the Information area.
