Existing files can be added as resource files to a presentation, to supply additional information. The current file types are supported:
- Word documents: .doc and .docx files
- Excel worksheets: .xls and .xlsx files
- Powerpoint presentations: .ppt and .pptx files
- Visio illustrations: .vsd and .vsdx files
- pdf files
Resource files can either be linked to directly from a slide, or the complete linked resource file list displayed along-side the open slide for selective download. For example.
