Books are opened from their home folder or from a search object list. Once you locate the book, you have the option to open the book in the same browser window or in a new browser window. The book's contents are displayed in the Book Contents navigation pane.
To work with the book's content, you'll need to put the book into edit mode.
Note: When working in Contribute, sub-books cannot be opened from the Book Contents pane. The sub-book must be opened from its folder or from a search object list.
To open a book:

Right-click on the book, and then in the drop-down list click Open.

Right-click on the book, and then in the drop-down list click Open in a new window. A new browser window is opened displaying the Editor, and the book is displayed in the Book Contents navigation pane.
