TouchHelp is a set of templates designed for output viewed on touch devices such as smart phones and tablets.

TouchHelp utilizes the full capabilities of touch interaction including swipe, pinch, tap, double tap, tap and hold, and rotate.

Note: TouchHelp publishing is available with Author-it 6 and later.

Using the TouchHelp output

  • Accessing TouchHelp from a webserver: Deploy content published from Author-it using the TouchHelp publishing profile to a webserver for users to access over the internet by moving the TouchHelp folder and contents created during publishing to the webserver.
  • TouchHelp on a mobile device: Allow users to effectively browse through published content on supported mobile devices using touch interactions.
