• Font name: Determines the name of the font. This field can be left blank, in which case only the other formatting characteristics are used. The font name can either be typed in (ideal when the font is not installed on your computer), or selected from the drop-down menu.
• Font size: Determines the font size (in pts). This field can be left blank, in which case only the other formatting characteristics are used.
• Underline: Defines the underline type: (None), Single, Double, or Dotted.
• Color: Defines the color of the text to be found. When a color is selected, only text found matching that color will have the rule applied. If Black (the default) is selected, the rule does not look for a specific color.
• Effects: Determines whether the text has bold, italic, superscript, or subscript characteristics.
