Review enables multiple Reviewers to mark up document content and for Editors to approve and modify content.
Reviewers are often temporary participants in the documentation effort, and may be subject matter experts with little expertise in Author-it. However, with a few minutes of training any subject matter expert can become an effective Reviewer.
Review enables subject matter expert reviews by assigning a pool of Reviewer Licenses (RLs) to each Library. Reviewing users are flexibly added to and removed from this pool. The RLs available with a Library can be creatively optimized to engage large numbers of Reviewers.
