This setting is only applied if you have Review.
The Review setting in Author-it Administrator is an additional setting which enables a user to open a topic in the Review module from the Show History window in Author.
Note: To open the topic in the Review module, the topic must have a release state assigned to the review, and must be included in a book associated with a review where the user has been added as a participant.
To apply the reviewer settings:
- Open the library in Author-it Administrator.
- From the main menu go to Settings > Review Settings.
- Add the URL for your Review installation using the following format, and finish with "review.aspx":
http://your server name/your review application name/review.aspx
- Save the changes.
To open Review from an object's history:
- Open the library using the Author module.
- Right-click the topic and click History.
- Select the latest revision of the topic (has the highest number shown in the Revision column) and click Show Review.
The Review module opens in a browser. If you are already logged in a new tab opens, if you are not currently logged in then the login screen displays.
