When you're part of a team using Author-it, you may need to refresh the Library Explorer so you can see the most up-to-date view of folders and their contents. Doing this also updates any security permissions that have changed.
To refresh the Library Explorer:
- Select a folder and then press the F5 key. The library refreshes.
