An intuitive folder structure is an important method of content reuse. Organizing your content into an easy-to-navigate structure helps you to find and manage your content more easily.

To organize your content, customize your library folders at a granular level. The Author-it Administrator creates a high-level folder structure. With the right permissions, add your own folders within the administrator-created structure.
