Display variables

You can display a list of available variables and view their properties.

To display variables in administrator:

Open the Library using Author-it Administrator.
Choose Variables > Maintain Variables from the main menu to open the Manage Variables window.
Select a variable and:
- Click Properties.
  -or-
- Right-click and choose Properties.
  -or-
- Double-click the variable.
  The variable default settings window opens.
When you have finished, click OK to close the window.

Note: The information that appears in the Variable default settings window can be edited.
