The "filter" section contains the definitions for the multi-language site functionality inside the Magellan engine.
This section is mandatory and has three sub sections:
- "defaults" - there is only one definition.
- "locales" - you can have several locale definitions - one per language.
- "publications" - you can have several publication definitions - one per language variation.
