Settings allow the user to define:
Units - The units for dimensions displayed in Author-it.
Editor Toolbar - Shows the icons for styles that appear in the Editor Toolbar when you are editing a topic.
Review and Approval - The default releases states, editors and signers for reviews. Define Review Release States and Settings in Contribute, Create a new review, and Create an approval review (ContributeRelease 2020)
Default Templates - The templates that are used for hyperlinks and cross references.
Users - Shows the users registered in the library, and allows administrators to add new users and manage existing users. Create and update users.
