Web Help templates use a client-side search. In order to obtain the required information, the contents of Web Help topics are downloaded and stored in the browser's working memory. This action is completed when the user first accesses the Help content.
While the content is being processed, the user may find their browser becomes unresponsive. The time it takes to process the content depends on the size of the Help system, the performance of the browser, and the specifications of the user's computer.
