Install and Configure Author-it Service Manager on Publishing Server - On Premises: 6.4

Publishing

Centralized Publishing only works for Author-it builds from 6.4.1.35623.

  1. Install the Author-it Service Manager on the publishing server.
  2. Make sure that Author-it Service has started and runs under a dedicated user, e.g. aitservice.

  3. Make sure that this dedicated user has full permissions on the publishing server (local admin).
  4. Open Author-it Service Manager.

  5. Configure and start 'Publishing' for your Author-it library.
