If you want to access your Web Help from another computer, configure the firewall rule and use a different URL.

To configure your computer's firewall and set up the URL:

  1. From your computer's control panel go to System and Security > Windows Firewall > Advanced Settings.

    The Windows Firewall with Advanced Security window opens.

  2. From Inbound Rules, select World Wide Web Services (HTTP Traffic-in).
  3. In the right panel, click Enable Rule.

    The URL on another computer will use your IP address or your computer name. For example, if you computer name is mycomputer, then the URL is http://mycomputer or using your computer's IP address, http://<your_IP_address>

  4. Click OK.

    .jsonappears in the MIME Types list.

    Note: If .json already exists in the MIME Types list, double-click to edit, then change the MIME type to saytext/plain.
