Object Variants

You can update the criteria assigned to a variant at any time by using the Edit Variant option. When you save your changes, the new criteria values are assigned to the variant as metadata.

You can also edit an object's variant values in quick-editing mode.

Note: Locale variants cannot have their Locale value changed.

  1. Select a variant object in the folder object list.
  2. Go to Author > Variants > Edit

    -or-

    Right-click and go to Variants > Edit Variant.

  3. Make the required changes to the criteria values in the Edit Variant window.
  4. Save the changes.
