The History pane is displayed in Contribute's Editor, recording changes made to the topic and review comments. The history is displayed using two types of tabs - My Changes (any changes you save to the topic) and a series of users tabs (for changes other users make to the topic).
The history pane is expanded or collapsed using the show/hide buttons at the top of the history pane:
